You can apply a thin, continuous line of gel along the tray, angling the syringe toward the front. If you have compartment-style trays, just squeeze a small drop of gel into each tooth compartment. Use one syringe for both trays—about half of a syringe per tray. Instructions are included in your bundle, so refer to them when you're ready to use the teeth whitening gel!
