Created in 2019 by Leonor Greyl R&D director David Thomas Brooks and Parisian color expert Stephane Pous, Soin Repigmentant Icy Blonde is a post shampoo treatment that combines color pigments with hydrating ingredients for light to dark blonde, colored, highlighted, or natural hair.
Enhances color, prevents oxidation, and neutralizes the brassiness and yellow tones that appear on blonde hair over time, leaving hair hydrated, soft, and radiant.
Formulated with meadowfoam oil to strengthen and add shine, almond extract to protect and boost volume, and organic babassu oil to hydrate and protect, this treatment also works beautifully on white and gray hair to neutralize brassy or yellow tones, though it will not cover gray.
Towel dry hair after shampooing and apply all over from scalp to ends, leave on for two to five minutes, then gradually add water and comb through while rinsing thoroughly. Use twice weekly to enhance color or once weekly to maintain it.

Its preservative-free and non-irritating formula based on meadowfoam seed oil, rice proteins and babassu butter nourishes your hair while adding subtle highlights. Specifically created for very light blonde to blonde hair, Icy Blonde brightens your color and neutralizes yellowing that can appear over time. Hair is soft, silky and luminous, like the first day of coloring or highlighting. TIP: This color-enhancing conditioner should ideally be used between coloring. Use every 2-3 washes to prolong color hold after every wash and to intensify tones. The color enhancement will fade out naturally after 3 washes. It will not cover gray hair and will not stain.
