Swish approximately 1 teaspoon (5mL) up to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of Ozone Oil Pulling Solution in your mouth for 15 - 20 minutes. Don’t swallow any; just move it around like you would a traditional mouthwash. After 15 - 20 minutes, spit the oil into your trash can. Store in a cool dry place. No refrigeration necessary. This can be done up to three times daily. Most people do it three times per week as preventative care.
