The Pentair Pentek DGD-7525-20 is a 20-inch dual-gradient density sediment cartridge that reduces dirt, sand, silt, rust, and other particulates across your whole house. Spun from 100% pure polypropylene, it is built for purity, will not impart taste, odor, or color to your water, and offers superior chemical resistance.

The dual-gradient density design packs the spun fibers tighter from the outer surface toward the core, combining pre-filtration and final filtration in one cartridge. This increases the effective filter depth and delivers up to three times the dirt-holding capacity of similar-size sediment cartridges, so the filter lasts longer while holding pressure drop under 1 psi at 20 gpm.

With a nominal 25 micron rating and 20" x 4.5" dimensions, it fits Pentair Pentek Big Blue and other heavy duty housings and replaces most 20-inch sediment cartridges.
