- FITS: straight-sided round pots 6–12 in. wide; wider pots need more depth (6–8 in. pots 2.5–8 in. deep, 12 in. pots 6.5–7.5 in.). NOT FOR: slanted or V-shaped pots, rectangular pans or shallow skillets. For candy, caramel and roux, pots wider or deeper than the chart, or regular 11–12 in. cooking, add the stainless OMNI-XL attachment (up to 14 in. wide).
