Details: Splat Color Remover removes direct dye and fantasy colors. It does not restore hair to it's original or natural shade, but it prepares the hair for re-coloring. Red dye is often the hardest to remove. The product MUST only stay on for 1 hour. A second application is often required to remove color further (wait 24 hours before the 2nd application) Greens and blue hair colors are easily removed, so the 1-hour minimum is usually enough. Kit Includes: Splat Color Remover, Applicator Bottle, and Gloves Prepare hair and make sure that it is clean, dry and detangled. Wear gloves provided in the kit. Drape towel over the shoulders to protect clothing. Use gloves to apply the Splat Color Remover into sections of the hair, starting with the darkest area first and working downward to the end. Apply to colored roots area last. Do not apply to new hair growth and avoid the touching scalp. Continue to apply product until all colored hair is covered and saturated. Cover hair with plastic and let it sit for only 1 hour. Rinse hair, shampoo, and condition as normal. Dry and style as usual.
